  • Returns: Any item may be returned within 30 days from Shipping company purchase date in it's original packaging unopened and not used for a full refund less original shipping charges and credit card processing fees. All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours or within the time before order is processed. All processed orders that are cancelled are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee. User related Damage or un-crated appliance (s) or opened & used product (s) being returned will have a 15% restocking fee added. Used central vacuum fittings, used PVC pipe, any kind of replacement filters, Electrical parts, open vacuum bags, and opened detergents / chemicals may not be returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refund will be issued after inspection of product (s) recieved. All packages returned must have a return authorization number from central vacuum direct. Packages without return authorization number will be refused at customers cost. Please contact us at our toll free phone line to obtain a return authorization #.

  • Shipping: Shipping on orders over $75.00 within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping. All orders from Canada are sent via USPS if under 4 lbs. If over 4 lbs all Canadian orders are sent via UPS. UPS brokerage fees and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, and not Central Vacuum Direct.
