Hose works great, had one small issue that the power on it was not direct connect as ordered. I made one call and the person i spoke with was very knowledgeable about what I needed and quickly mailed me a part to convert the hose to direct connect. Rather then go through the hassle of having to ship the one that was sent back. We never missed a beat, thanks to the support I received.
