Rebuild power head	November 12, 2021

Was going to buy a new beam power head but because of the chip shortage none are available. Decided to rebuild. Got all the parts I needed in 2 days, motor, brush roll, neck and belt. 1 hr later old power head is good as new

I was almost completely satisfied with this part for my Beam Advocate power head - But I have a strong recommendation - that is to put the tracking information on the invoice/order record immediately, when the shipment has a tracking number. This will save time for your sales staff and your customers. Many like me - use the USPS Informed Delivery App - and that allows us to track the shipment, without contacting your sales staff again. Please seriously consider this as a standard shipping action.
