Pretty easy to install. The challenge is the retracting hose metal hanger. It’s heavy, but once you get a couple of lag bolts in, your set. The literature is lacking on the low voltage connections. It’s pretty self explanatory, but some may struggle. We didn’t realize you had to flip the green knozzle on the hose unit to turn it on. I watched a u-tube video to figure it out.
