The power unit includes a front mounted utility valve that also makes this unit perfect for garages or basement cleaning. The BEAM Serenity Series SC375 also includes a 10-year manufacturer's warranty on the electrical components such as the motor and the PC board and a lifetime warranty on the filter and power unit body.

Our 17 year old Beam central vacuum passed away.  I researched places to purchase a new unit and settled on central vacuum direct.  I called to ask for advice on what to purchase and they were very helpful after selecting the vacuum that would best suit our situation. I purchased it online. It was shipped the next day, and I received it a few days later, always in order to vacuum easily installed and it works perfectly, I am very happy with my purchase from central vacuum direct

Was having trouble with my 23 year old Beam vacuum.  Was told it was the motor because I was getting a click on the board.  Decided to go ahead and replace without checking motor just for safe of mind, and getting a longer warranty.  Easy swap, 15 minutes, only because I had to move wall hanger down one inch.  Super quit and smooth running.  By the way, I checked the motor after replacement and it still worked.  Going to bypass the board and wire to switch and mount in my shop to clean cars and shop.  Thanks Central Vac Direct.  I highly recommend them.

We purchased a new SC375 unit to replace our old 375 unit we had installed years ago.  Before ordering we emailed a question to Central Vacuum Direct and received a prompt return email, answering our question.  The unit was shipped very fast.  The physical size and hookups are all identical to the older 375s which made replacement extremely fast and easy.  A+ service from Central Vacuum Direct
