Found an outstanding price on a Canavac package and install kit. I made a mistake on the type of inlet valve when I placed the on line order. The next morning I received a call to verify what I needed prior to shipping the wrong items. My mistake was corrected and the following day (Saturday) the vacuum and all components were delivered to my door. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you

Install and operation

The folks at Central Vacuum Direct were very helpful with choosing a vacuum system and spec'ing the install kit. I was previously trying to piece together the piping, elbows, T-joints, etc but when I called to discuss the details, I was advised of an install kit sized for my residence. There was an abundance of parts in the kit which made the install very easy. Within a day and a half I had retrofitted my home with a 3 port system. No issues with the piping or the low voltage wire hook up. Just follow the instructions in the manual.
