Not original Beam January 26, 2025 Reviewer: Pieter Rijken from Winter Haven, FL United States   Even though this is advertised as Beam, it is actually Wessel Werk.   I feel like the quality is horrible.  While vacuuming with the floor brush, the wand comes apart and falls on the floor.  The floor brush wouldn’t pick up anything.  After vacuuming, I went over the floor again with my Dyson stick vacuum to pick up what the Wessel Werk did not.  IMO, this was a very expensive mistake. Wrong product excellent support January 7, 2022 Reviewer: Craig Mullett from Portland, OR United States   I made my purchase online through the website. But I did not realize the model I chose did not have adjustable height for different carpet styles. When I got the unit I tried using it and it would not work. I contacted customer service someone answered right away and we had the problem resolved and they were shipping me a new powerhead By the end of the day. Replacement "Serenity" Accessories & Hose July 15, 2019 Reviewer: Jay M. from Higganum, CT United States   My local provider no longer carries "Beam" products so I found Vacuum Direct through a standard internet website search.  To blindly search online for something as important as this and also have a decent amount of confidence of the product quality and that what will be sent will properly work with my existing system is a little unnerving.  Well, I have to say that everything that I received is not only top quality "Beam" products but it all works perfectly with my system.  As a matter of fact it works better than the old stuff did when it was brand new. The shipment came on the Saturday following the 4th of July (Thursday) just like they said it would, and everything was packaged well for shipping.
