UPS UPS & USPS Shipping

Orders are primarily shipped using UPS or the United States Postal Service.

4 PM Weekday Order Processing

Orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Time may not ship until the next business day.

Orders Over $75

Most orders exceeding $75 before tax qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Complete Central Vacuum Systems

Free shipping is also available on complete central vacuum systems. The order must include both a power unit and an attachment set.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Central vacuum pipe, valve kits containing pipe that are not ordered as part of a complete system package, and other select products are excluded from our free shipping offer.

Expedited shipping options are available at the current carrier rate. Simply choose your preferred available delivery method during checkout.

P.O. BOXES

Shipping to a P.O. Box?

Orders with a P.O. Box shipping address will ship via USPS only, even if UPS is selected during checkout.

UPS does not deliver standard packages to P.O. Box addresses.

When Will My Order Ship?

Order processing depends on when your order is placed.

Monday – Friday

Orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Time may not ship until the next business day.

Saturday & Sunday

Weekend orders will begin processing the following Monday.

Federal Holidays

Orders are not processed or shipped on federally recognized holidays.
