Replacement for a 31 year old part was successful. February 12, 2024 Reviewer: Jean from St. Louis, MO United States   We needed to replace the powerhead on a in-house Beam vacuum from 1983. The store near us only had limited hours and I didn't see the part online. I was happy to find this online at Central Vacuum Direct. It looks different (updated model), but works great!  It's lighter than old one, which I like better. Seems to be durable, I hope it lasts as long as the other one. Can not return December 23, 2023 Reviewer: Steven Sartor from Portland, CT United States   Had problems with new power head. I️ was asked to send a video showing problem. They said they wanted to help me.  Once someone watched the video  I️ was told I️ needed a new power hose not the part ordered . Said now the power head is considered used so can’t return and nothing they could do. All I️ did was take 2 one minute videos showing the power head wasn’t working. I did as they requested and now it’s used???? Never would I️ recommend this company. I️ am out $200 and own a part I️ don’t need and can not use!! Was this review helpful to you?
