I ordered a hose replacement, and it arrived quickly. I called and told them I ordered the wrong one. I shipped it back and they changed it for the correct one with no complications and it was there in days. Great customer service!

The hose is decent and works with my system but it taking 3 weeks for shipping is ridiculous and unacceptable in this day and age. So disappointed in how long it took to get here. Rating for the product would be great were it not for the shipping.  I will be looking elsewhere for my vacuum needs next time.

It is so rare to place an order and gave the company directly looking out for the customer! I ordered the wrong item and an employee contacted me to help me receive the correct part I was looking for!
