Motherboard replacement August 4, 2025 Reviewer: David Cornblath from Stevensville, MD United States   When our 26 year old BEAM stopped working the BEAM directed people said "It's the motherboard. You will need a new central vac unit as this is not repairable." A bit of online research told me this was wrong. I ordered the 100550 replacement which came in 3 days. The staff at CVD were great as I made some questions which they answered. Now back vacuuming for $125 rather than $5000 or more. THANKS CVD. Was this review helpful to you?

Fantastic Customer Service April 13, 2025 Reviewer: Richard Bain from Lenoir City, TN United States   The customer service at Central Vacuum Direct is fantastic.  I had a unique situation with my central vacuum that was hard to figure out.  The technicians stayed on the phone and walked me through several test to determine exactly what the problem was and the part needed to correct the issue.  Once the part arrived I had to call back due to a conflict in connecting the new part and they again took their time to understand the issue and walked me through the connection.  I would highly recommend this company for vacuum cleaner parts and repairs for any do-it-yourselfer.
