I recently ordered a replacement part for my Beam whole-house vacuum. I found the part number, did the order, and the part arrived quickly. When it did, I thought it was the wrong part because it looked different from the original, so I called. A very knowledgeable man answered the phone and told me that this was the replacement part and gave me detailed instructions on how to connect it. I was very pleased to get accurate technical response. He did say that someone was supposed to call prior to me receiving the package to tell me about the substitution. I'm sure they called but I don't answer calls when I don't know the caller, so that's on me.
In all, I would certainly do business with these folks again. They were understanding, intelligent and solved my problem!
