Part of an ongoing Saga May 21, 2026 Reviewer: John Kerulis from Granbury, TX United States   Purchased a new handle to replace my 24 year old one that was dropped too many times. Attachment to the hose was not difficult but turning it on the powerhead didn't work because the plug handle location was shorter. Hence the purchase of this product to allow a connection. But now the plug on the cord doesn't match the attachment point on the wand. Now a new cord to complete the operation. Was this review helpful to you?

Good customer service February 6, 2015 Reviewer: Jim G from Elk River, MN United States   I got the wrong part because a newer part had replaced it - but not "exactly". My call was answered quickly and after texting picture of the broken part, they found a used part and sent it to me at no cost other than shipping, tell me to save the new part because I'll need it later.  I would've given them Excellent rating had they paid the shipping.  Overall - very satisfied Was this review helpful to you?

Ordering and receiving new wand for Beam November 12, 2011 Reviewer: Alice J House from Kerrville, TX United States   I was happy to find a place to purchase the wand for my beam.  I arrived with-in 3-4 days after purchase.  It is an exact replacement for the original one.
