Good replacement February 12, 2024 Reviewer: Brian Llewellyn from Malad City, ID United States   This was an exact fit except for the electrical connection, I clipped off the space connectors and soldered the connection. Being a do it yourself, it would have been nice to have an exploded view of the power head glasses in disassembly.  Had that been included I would have given it 5 stars. Replacement part saves still usable product February 12, 2024 Reviewer: jan from new york, NY United States   This reasonably priced part was easily installed with the help of a video on YouTube. I’m naturally handy, but the complexity of the overall assembly of the vacuum head did not immediately reveal how it was to be dismantled- so the video was helpful by showing  a step by step sequence to remove and replace the broken part. Almost Gave UP February 12, 2024 Reviewer: Cecelia Rogers from Washington, DC United States   The neck assembly on my Electrolux vacuum cleaner broke. The vacuum cleaner model, Oxygen, is no longer manufactured or supported. I could not find the replacement part anywhere. I called my vacuum repair shop, no luck. I then looked online, thought I found what I needed, but I ended up returning it. It was, unfortunately, the wrong part. I was about to give up and buy a new vacuum cleaner, when I came across Central Vacuum Direct on the internet. I called the company and spoke to customer service. They were nice and confirmed the part was right for my vacuum cleaner. I ordered it, and VOILA, it fit! Thank you for saving me the time and expense of buying a new vacuum cleaner when the one I already had now works like a charm. Thanks again! Was this review helpful to you?
