They know the central vac business March 26, 2026 Reviewer: Richard Cain from Upton, MA   Great customer service and they know the central vac business.  Looking for control board for my 25+ year old NuTone central vacuum.  Other sites and companies just said "sorry discontinued - no replacement".  Centralvacuumdirect provided a replacement relay board and even suggestion instructions on how to install.  Immediate reply and quick free shipping at a reasonable price.  After wiring and slight mounting modification - Worked Perfectly!  Couldn't ask for more, highly recommended. Perfect Replacement November 21, 2025 Reviewer: Mark from Tampa, FL   This board fit perfect and super easy install on my  25+ year old NuTone CV653.  There is no OEM part available so I gave this generic replacement a shot.   $80 and 30 minutes and back in service.  My symptom was the central vac was cycling on and off every few seconds during use.  I snipped the wires off the motor unit and attached a cord and plug and plugged it directly into the electrical outlet.  Motor ran fine which zeroed me in on this PC board with the relay.  Any mediocre handy person can install it.  These guys were great assisting me to the right part. Your return policy is horrible and I have to eat the $80 the part cost me even though I never hooked it up and barely took it outof the bag. I Won't be doing business with you again. Part worked but needed to rewire vacuum to use it September 16, 2024 Reviewer: BRIAN GROSS from North Andover, MA United States   I needed a replacement relay board for older model. What came did work as specified but I needed to completely rewire the power to the motor. Not a DIY job if you are not familiar with electrical appliances. Was this review helpful to you?
