Technical Support February 12, 2024 Reviewer: William Davis from Hartsville , SC United States   Ryan was very helpful in diagnosing and replacing a defective board. The new board arrived within a couple of days.  Once I got the new board installed, my vacuum is working great! The professional assistance from Ryan  and Paul was very helpful in getting my vacuum fixed. I felt like they were willing to go out of their way to help and were even willing to face time the circuits with me.  Couldn’t ask for anything more.! I am a very happy customer. Thx again! NuTone CV850 Circuit Board January 18, 2017 Reviewer: Puddintane from Charlestown, NH United States   The guys at Central Vacuum Direct got me the correct part the first time and got it to me quickly. Very pleased. PS, the toggle switch on the canister unit should be in the off position for normal use. Was this review helpful to you?
