Great Customer Service - Great Product Friday, October 16, 2026 Reviewer: Steven L from River Falls, WI United States   I ordered a replacement for a 25-year old powerhead.  Later that day I received a call from Central Vacuum explaining that they were no longer receiving the Beam powerheads due to (1) they are no longer manufactured in the US and quality declined, and (2) current tariffs impacted pricing.   He recommended a Wessel-Werk unit from Germany.  I received that one and it looks and feels like a quality piece and works great - much better than our old unit.  If we need any additional parts for our central vac system, I'll be right back.  I do feel like my grandparents now - I have my own "vacuum guy". Great Customer Service Friday, May 15, 2026 Reviewer: Darren Frame from Scottsdale, AZ United States   The manufacturer had changed suppliers of the unit I purchased.  The staff at CVD was good enough to call me just to inform me of the change and that they felt I would be getting a superior product.  I really appreciated the extra effort! New power head Monday, February 9, 2026 Reviewer: Mary Swager from Ringgold, GA United States   The Beam was not available so we received the Wessel-Werk.
