I recently ordered the Beam 35 ft. Direct Connect Central Vacuum hose.  The hose arrived within days of placing the order, was packaged well and is exactly the same as the hose I am replacing.  It works great!

I recently bought a 35ft BEAM hose to replace one I’d had for 6 years. It’s terrific. Works flawlessly. I especially am pleased with how easy the website is to navigate. There are many different parts to the central vac system and I didn’t want to order the incorrect piece and have to send it back. Didn’t have to do that since the website gives the info I needed. Will be purchasing again from this place for certain.
