Disappointed with Substitute Filter |

I ordered two of these blue filters and was surprised to receive two substitute white filters that were half as thick and disproportionately cut. Someone had obviously cut them down from some other kind of a filter and the sides were not even straight. When I called about them, I was told the blue filters were out of stock. I asked if they could at least send me two more white filters (since together they were the same thickness as one blue filter) so I could at least have two which I ordered. They said yes, and about a week later I received one blue filter in the mail. I am very happy that they later sent me the correct filter, but I would have thought they would have sent me two of them since they are now in stock again and that is what I paid for.
