Excellent Experience May 22, 2020 Reviewer: Edward Erris from Vero Beach, FL United States   Ordered a part for a 20 year old Beam central vac. The handle on the vac finally gave up and could no longer be repaired. Found it on CentralVacuumDirect. Good price, quick shipping and flawless installation. Works like the original. Replace Original Control Handle August 2, 2019 Reviewer: Tom B. from Memphis, IN United States   Ordering process was very easy.  Postage was too costly.  Receiving the product in two days is nice, but, there should be a lower rate if customer is willing to wait a few more days.  The wiring was not exactly like the original as there was wiring for a 3-way switch rather than 2-way.  Easy fix as I removed the new and replaced with the old.  Control handle is working as needed.
