Our VacuFlo powerhead broke, so I purchased a turbine TurboCat. It didn't work as well so I initiated a return/exchange for the more expensive powerhead. Spent about 5 mins on the phone with Paul (?) and he identified the necessary part to replace. I didn't need a whole new head. That is great customer service.
