This product gave us the most 'bang for our buck', works great with our system and the white really looks nice. Service was excellent! An attachment was missing (from the manufacturer) and Central Vacuum Direct was courteous and efficient handling my call. They had the missing part shipped out the very day I called. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

Wonderful attachment set. The hose is so light. My wife hasn't vacuumed in 15 years. It was always too hard and heavy. Now she vacuums 3 times a day and loves it because it is so easy. Your ultralight hose is incredible. There is not a powerhead for carpeting, but it is perfect for what we need!
