Our 30-year old home came equipped with a whole house Beam Serenity system, however through several owners and many years, the accessories were starting to fail. With all of the options available, I was not 100% certain as to which accessory set I needed, so I called in to get some help in deciding.
I talked to an associate who knew exactly what I needed once I told him which system I had, and he steered me towards the cheaper set of accessories I was trying to choose between. He was very knowledgeable and there was zero upsell pressure, which I really appreciate.
Shipping was next day, though I do live relatively close to the warehouse. Either way, I am very satisfied with my purchase!
