The swivel neck on our Beam power rug attachment broke. We found the replacement part at Central Vacuum Direct, ordered it, and it arrived in less than a week, fit perfectly, and I was able to replace it myself, restoring our rug attachment to working order for less than $30. A new power attachment would have been more than $250 if it could even be found for a 2005 era central vacuum system. It was a great experience shopping with Central Vacuum Direct!
