Was not able get head ordered because delays getting ordered head. Replacement head was too big and bulky to handle. Unit was returned for refund. Working with the vacuum company was a pleasured and they worked with me to find a replacement head.  Thanks to them for their help.

We were contacted by your representative that Beam no longer made the Power head we ordered, but that another company had something similar and would I be interested. We contacted before it was shipped and I appreciate that. The shipping was excellent and I had the vacuum head within a 10 days.
